This is just a list of things that work for me that I shouldn’t mess with if I want to stay stable emotionally as well as on the scale.

I figured that since I’m doing ok I should document what I’m doing to be ok so I can repeat it later.

1. Drink my water.

2. Do yoga and walk as frequently as I can.

3. Stick to protein (mostly low-fat) and vegetables (non-starchy)

4. Do 1 day of pure protein a week.

5. Be nice to myself.

I’m sure there are more, but that’s all I can think of right now.
