Sometimes I think the key to long term success is just learning how to treat your body right.

Tonight I did an experiment. We wound up out and about and ate dinner at the same Mexican restaurant that we ate at last week.

I ate rice and beans again. On purpose. Specifically to see if I wake up with anxiety at 4 am.

If so, I’ve determined something pretty important.

If not… well… maybe nothing will be any clearer, but who knows.

I’m not feeling guilty or anything like that because it was a purposeful, intentional, conscious act of awareness.

I will learn from this and then keep on growing.
